Corned Beef Hash Soup / Stew / From a can to a bowl

This Corned Beef Hash Soup is Hearty and comforting at best. This meaty corned beef hash soup has it all - ready on the table in about 30 mins. Relatively inexpensive - filling with meat and veggies all from a can to a bowl serve with crusty bread and butter or in a giant Yorkshire pudding - it doesn’t get much better!

1 tin corned beef
Butter / oil
1 large onion
3-4 Potatoes
2 Carrots
1 litre Beef stock
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1 head of broccoli or cauliflower
Salt
Pepper
1 can baked beans
Fried egg
Crusty bread /toast

That's the kind of stew I grew up on only not Corned beef but I'll be making this one. Did you use your soup base/starter for that broth or do you just have access to great store bought broth. Th color was spot on and was just the right thickness! If there would be leftovers that would be good in a quick pie also! Nice one Rik!

I was good up until the beans I mean it looked great but as an American, it is unhealthy to put baked beans in to this wonderful mix. I’m sorry must’ve been one of the reasons we had a revolution.
