I just did this job very much the way you did and its not that difficult. I did however change all 9 seals in the oil heat exchange unit. I still learned a thing or two from your video. Thankyou. Very well put together in depth demonstration. Anyone thinking of doing this just follow as demonstrated and you can't go wrong.
Amazing . Thank you for this great video. Hats off Sir. I have this leak and now I realise that this is going to be painfull job . I was even contemplating taking engine out but since I wanted to ean inyake anyway . I will just remove everything like you did. So what parts I need . Intake gaskets , oil cooler gasket, transmision oil cooler gasket. That plastic cooler adapter. Engine oil and filter and engine cooler . Perhaps pooleys . I Wonder what else . Regards
Thanks, mate and sorry for late reply. First of all, I recommend draining coolant and engine oil before commencing the job as those two can be mixed while working on it The parts needed are 1. Intake manifold gasket 2. Coolant pipe located under the intake manifold(mentioned in this video clip) 3. Engine oil filter housing(it comes with a engine oil filter) 4. Transmission cooler gaskets(4 pieces) 5. Engine oil cooler gasket(metal plate)

Don't suppose you have a link to the parts you bought by any chance? Great video, so helpful!
Hi. To put back the oil cooler how many force you need to do whit the dinamometric tool. Tanks 😢
You mean the torque values for the bolt? The torques demanded are 10Nm for T30 screws, and 12~14Nm for the E10 bolts.
