I have a bedjet and it is actually incredible. I have been using it for 3 years, in the heat of Michigan summers (90-100 degrees F). It has changed my life. I used to wake up with sweat soaked sheets, and the Bedjet has absolutely 1000% changed that.
Yup, love my bedjet too. The great thing about air with the cloud sheet is the dry option, great for when you get in right after a shower (and towel). Also the ability to schedule with the bedjet (biorythm) is really nice. I planned to get an 8 sleep too, i don't see these products as competing but complementary. The cloud ioT b.s. made sleep 8 a nevergointohappen for me. Cloud things too often fail because of future cloud costs and issue. Half the time they really feel like startup scams with limited longevity. Hopefully hydrosnooze or someone will offer a good water option. I keep hoping bedjet will make one.
@@HydroSnooze my issue with your product as it currently is is the lack of remote control. I want to hide the box under my bed like the bedjet and control it with my phone or remote. I don't want it visible/taking up floor space. If it did have remote functionality i would have already ordered.

I have a BedFan which is a simple modified fan that is placed at the foot of the bed and directs cool air under your top sheet with a gentle breeze from foot to head. Its super quiet has auto shut off and the best purchase I've ever made for about $170!
Chili sleep was absolute garbage BEFORE the company swap. Not only was it expensive, the screw cap where you filled the water, broke, and I couldn’t get a replacement, you could only use a certain type of water, on top of having to use the cleaners they sold, which didn’t seem to do anything anyway, and after a few months it simply stopped working. Hoping Hydro Snooze works out because the 8 sleep price tag plus the subscription (which, on the subscription alone it makes it a never option for me) is a non starter…
We had some success with the cube and dock pro but the oiler was garbage. Yeah HydroSnooze has been super responsive to the feedback I’ve given them. I sure hope we see a few more products to drive prices down and features up.
Very helpful video...thank you for putting this content out there. When can we expect your full review of the HydroSnooze? I'm interested in the comfort level of the mattress topper, the durability of the system and your quality of sleep compared to the Sleep8. I would love to have a Sleep8, and I'm ok with the price of the unit, but I just can't wrap my head around paying the subscription so I refuse to buy it. Interested in hearing more from you on the HydroSnooze...
@@hozzahere - this month. Most likely the next video. Doing a review of one item takes a while, reviewing and comparing three different things takes a good bit longer.
One great way of saving some money. Is to create an account before purchasing. Login to the account. I got £600 off my payment for pod 4 (ultra is only available in very large bed frame size in uk). Rather than using affiliate link. Which saves only £200. Also I have found that fans are very audible. When you set the cooling/heating to -5 or +5 degrees (you can see this info if you enable real temperature in settings.)
I know it's not a review....but since summer is almost done....can you just quickly share your feeling if it cools as effective as 8sleep and we loosing smart features, timers etc ? or if 59 temp is just a show and it can't effectively cool temp down ( I understand it won't go to 59.....just how it compares to 8 ). Additionally how is the noise in comparison. I've heard it on the video but just simple if it's louder or not than 8s on max cooling etc Thank you for your reviews and honesty...they are really helpful
It is quite a bit louder at its max setting. If you’re a super hot sleeper like me, it might not be powerful enough for you in the really hot months. I think for hot-ish sleepers, kids, this thing is great.
I bought a Dock Pro post-acquisition and haven’t regretted it yet, a couple months in. I’m certain that if I run I to a situation where I need customer service it’d be a problem but for now it does its job, for cheaper than the 8sleep and without a subscription or app needed (sure, you can do fancy things with the app, but there are manual controls too). Had HydroSnooze announced itself that much earlier, I’d have been enthusiastic but also quickly disappointed by the lack of multizone control. I sleep hot, my P2 certainly does not, and we have a queen bed, meaning we wouldn’t be able to use twin pads, and would have had to go with the Dock Pro anyway. If HydroSnooze comes out with a half-queen, I might be able to convince my P2 about how nice thermoregulation is. For now, though, I guess I’ll keep it to myself.
Hey!! Thank you for sharing your experience and for your support! Currently, the smallest size we offer is the Twin size (90 cm x 200 cm), which could be used on a queen bed but probabaly not in a perfect way. We appreciate your feedback about the need for a half-queen size and have noted your suggestion. We'll make sure to get back to you with any updates regarding new sizes or features. Thank you once again for your valuable input!😁
Do you still like the chilipad cube? You didn't recommend the dock pro but you never made a negative statement for the cube. How would you compare the cube to this?
Came here to ask the same question. They're the same price but the snooze does not offer a sleep trial. I had the ooler and it was terrible so I'm reluctant to buy the cube if it can't get cool enough. Looking forward to comparison.
@@maurelius135 I’d say if you’re a very hot sleeper or you have a lot of surface area then it’s probably not going to be powerful enough over the long term
Hey! using a king-size pad on a twin might impact water circulation and affect cooling or heating effects. When are you upgrading to a king-size bed? We currently have a summer sale, so if you're interested, you can order now to take advantage of the discount. We can also ship it at your convenience. Let us know how you'd like to proceed! 😀
@@richreid45 It could partially work, but we are concerned that it may not achieve the best effect. Therefore, we do not suggest this way. Another option is that you could buy the Twin version now, and in 4-6 months, you can upgrade to the King size by paying a price difference. And the Twin version could be shipped in late Sept. Please let us know if that works for you!
When will hydrosnooze ship out in America???? I’m just glad someone just made a basic water temp system I would expect for when we sleep… not that hard… but with limited options I’m shocked this is brand new and wasn’t developed years ago. To me this looks promising even if it only lasts a year this will allow me to see if I like these cooling systems or not in general without having to spend 5k on a eight sleep.
Hi!! Thank you for your interest in HydroSnooze! From Hydrosnooze “For delivery, the King size pad is ready to be shipped and can be delivered within 3-7 days in both the EU and US. The Queen and Twin sizes will be shipped in mid to late September. To accommodate this, we are extending the 20% summer sales discount. Users can still place their orders and enjoy 20% off. The end date for this discount has not been confirmed yet, so the earlier they place their orders, the better.”
