You actually have to get the timing correctly, because otherwise it might fail. You have to triple jump on the highest peak of the cage and then spin at the highest point of your jump in order for it work. It did take me several shots to do that glitch so I could've recorded it, but keep trying! :)

do you know the fireball through bowsers head glitch? :D its the first time vs bowser .... he shoots fireballs if you are near to the end of bowser first castle .... he will spit some fire balls before you enter the fight vs bowser .... the place where the animation starts ... try to evade the starting place ...

and sorry i cant explain this .... i just can say that you have to do it with luigi i think because mario cant jump good enough ... let me say it liek this: dont go in the animation start place ... go next to it .... if you are after the animation start place bowser will come too ... and he will shot fireballs ... but well ^^ he shoots himself XD.
