2K just needs to separate VC from "MyPlayer Attributes". Convert back to Skill Points ONLY FOR ATTRIBUTES. Dunk packs, Clothes, Accessories,ETC let those be purchasable with VC.
That will never happen. VC is money for them. Soon, they'll have you pay VC for alternate team jerseys and the ability to edit rosters.

As for maxed out Players, That's just an excuse to buy him out because "you work" or whatever other reason, y'all act as if 2K drops monthly.
Word. If 2K wants people to buy VC for their characters, that's fine. Just make it only for the MyCareer Storyline Mode Character. NOT for the Online Multiplayer Character. I can't "respect" anyone's player online because 90% of the time there was "No Grind Included".
i know exactly what you mean. I hate playing at the park and these seven foot centres can shoot threes, dunk and do dribble moves like they're guards. It just makes it unfair for people who aren't willing to spend more money on a game they have already bought.
The storyline addition is cool and all, but in real life if we were really putting up these numbers it wouldn't matter who out agent is, we'd have every offer from everybody.

2K14 should make different animations for the conference room, it's always the same.
I agree about the injuries in this game. That's another HUGE problem 2k14 next gen has. I really don't know what the hell the 2k developers were doing when they made this game. NBA players don't get hurt this often and this much throughout a season. Injuries happen way, way, way too much. The game is still great, just scratching my head on all the glitches and other issues in this game. This is way too many problems.
One thing I like doing in MyCareer is only making my player like a 75 overall for my rookie year. To make it more realistic. So every season after that, I just keep getting better little by little. So my second year. I would be a 80 - 85 overall.
That mj jumper is money I scored 86 points but I only play on superstar I just can't take hall of fame because I feel like it dumbs down your teammates sometimes and the computer gets insane it's like they don't miss even tho superstar gets outta hand sometimes. I also feel on hall of fame some good teams you will kill them but teams u should easily beat u get murdered by them
The more I play this game, the more the rebounding feels broken. My player is 7'0'' and I get boarded over by guards. I love and hate this game at the same time!
I bought VC and put that towards speed, and dunk only. Everything else I built from the ground up. Love the vid Shake, keep them coming.

they basically need to make it like gta 5 online and the story u got to build up ur created guy online buy getting into gunfights survival was the fastest way but yeah just like that but in basketball that would be amazing no more buying vc for ur myplayer

If there is an online character, they should make it like FIFA online pro, every time you make a three it improves, every time u get a block or steal that attribute improves

I feel like they should do what fifa does the more you do a certain thing the higher a certain attribute rises. It takes a while to get a 99 on fifa and i thing it would cut down on the hackers and modders as well as force payers to level up legitly.

With the thing on buying vc I bought vc but cuz I work and have a baby to take care of so I don't always have time to play but I didn't buy enough to max my player all the way out that wouldn't be fun I just needed him to at least be in the high 70's before the showcase then I bought vc to get accessories and sig skills I've grind for the rest now I'm a 95 cuz I guess as the season goes on sometimes your rating goes up on its own
I don't have a problem with guys that use the "I have no time" excuse buying VC. That's why I suggest that 2K makes buying VC for offline MyCareer not Online "The Park" or Crew. If you don't have time, then you don't have time to be cheesing at the Park either. Peace yo.
Hey Shake, I'm from UK and new to 2KNBA. I watch and try to learn from your tutorials. Wanted to say I agree with your thoughts on VC to some extent. 2K run a business, so VC generates revenue right? However I agree that gamers shouldn't be maxed out from the off. I like your thoughts on two separate character modes, but I feel 2K can structure the VC better. Example...set goals for players in career games like 5+ blocks or 5+ assists or 10+ screens etc etc in a game. That allows you to earn more VC. This makes for better focus on achieveing to learn I believe, Then having achieved lets say '10' set goals, it will allow your player to upgrade to buying small amounts of VC (if they wish to buy) say max 3 times in one career year. 2K want revenue, which is understandable but surely gamers would wish for longevity in a career mode aswell as online no? Love your tutorials, still learning this game but dam I LOVE THE NBA.. (and your work)...!!

Nahh i think we just keep the one player but not be able to purchase vc for our guy.. But 2k wouldn't do that because that is a cash cow for them.. Or if you purchase vc only be able to spend it on clothing , street attire , etc not on skill

Buying VC is a joke. However you should earn more for performances, or things should cost less.

Heres the thing that made me mad... is that i did not pay for VC and before my 15th game in the NBa i was a Overall 85.. VC was so easy to get in My career i get like 1.4k vc per game. But im playing on HOF so i get the 2x booster
