It's not the camera lens that gives the toy like look. It's the fact that there's a strong global illumination source that acts like everything is inside a room and other very definitive sources of light. Something that would happen if you took a picture of an object over a table.

i have seen people use red uvs in left center right way, is it ok to keep red uvs or not and we should just flip them all to blue?
it depends on the studio and the texture artist. Most of the time we can leave them red since we dont use normal maps
