I bought a b77 about a year ago. I just don’t see why people like this machine. The automatic threader lasted about a week. If I use the thread cutter, it cuts the thread so short I have to re-thread the machine. I constantly fight with tension issues. Sorry, I’ll take a Juki any day.
Unfortunately we can not diagnose machine issues over social media comments as each issue is unique and necessary to diagnose in person. Please bring your machine to your local BERNINA dealer for sales and service.
I bought a b79 a couple of months ago and I'm impressed with with all of it's features. For an affordable machine, it has TONS going on!

Juki are Good Machines....sometimes Bernina's can be overrated😏

Not at our store but perhaps your local Retailer will offer something. However, you may want to keep your eyes peeled for holiday offerings.
