Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Those that film get to share their experience with all of us. You also get to watch the show over and over again yourself!
I filmed a few bits as my brother was originally coming from Aus last year to see then Covid. I've been to many Bauhaus gigs this was by far the best I've seen. Great night
Great, they are sounding very well, I saw them in 98 and 2005, in 98 the concert was perfect, it was like back in the 80's...as I have seen in Archive vhs, I was still a child when they split up, then it was like a dream come true...but in 2005 the concert was not so good, but this concert it sounds very well he has still very good voice, I wish I was there too!.
My ticket was purchased in 2019/20... but. sadly, I couldn't make it due to dranconian travel rules. I hope that more concerts may come in 2022. Thank you for posting this lengthy snippet.
Peter sounds still same as he did in the 80s. :') the whole band is amazing too. As a 90s baby I'm glad I've been witnessed a Bauhaus live in my whole life even though i wasn't there. :')
Thank you for this... this list has most of my favorite songs from them. Cant believe how good still look Daniel Ash's hair.. danggg!!!:) And Peter looks like he just got out of the crypt... kinda ghoulish.

@@marks8693 I was seriously hoping the Covid delays would mean a change of venue as well as dates, but no. The short set was a shock, especially when the house lights were tuned up to full brightness, that got a boo!!!!
@@gigteevee6118 Awesome footage of the complete band, reunited. After Peter's heart scare no one quite imagined seeing this gig, even though rescheduled. Great edit and many, many thanks from a wannabe attender that couldn't be there. The set covered a lot of there songs. I saw the 40 Years of In the flatfield gig in The Roadmender with David J and Peter which was much more cramped, sweaty and maybe sounded a bit better than the barn that is Ally Pally. But, thank you thank you!
No it isn’t, listen through a decent speaker set up and you’ll get better bass and clarity than other videos of this gig, and it’s in stereo. Plenty have said how good the sound is. Admittedly the venue is terrible for sound so maybe you’re hearing the worst of the worst depending on what you’re playing it back on. The only annoying thing I found was Apples use of audio zoom, which throws off the sound if you switch to a different camera, phone is new so I hadn’t looked at settings, might be able to switch it off. Video quality was filmed in 4K 24fps but the editing and upload process destroyed that, be thankful for what you got!

One of the best bands of the history of rock! And this performance is in the Pandemic! Fantastic! They are still on Fire!😍🤗🤩🙏☝️
This gig was not great.. it was decidely average..
@@marks8693 They are over 60s and there is a Pandemic! If it was average, so good they are on the road after so many decades! They are legends!🤔
took me 39 years wait ! Saw them at Hacienda 1982 :) And somehow our paths never crossed again until now :)

Was supposed to see them in Brooklyn NY tonight. Shows cancelled because they had trouble with visas. Waiting for new tour dates.

Nice one guys
They sound way better this year! AMAZING!
The technology to film them is better this year too 😉
@@gigteevee6118 and it seems they actually rehearsed this time too 😉
The amazing gig, They’d play the Sanity Assassin and Lagartija Nick.
What an 80s time machine.
Here’s hoping they’re playing again this year, they were so goddamn good!
\m/ This is Amazing!! \m/
living legends
The legendary Bauhaus , Mainstay of the Gothic music scene ...
Can anyone explain why Murphy keeps doing that with the microphone? Daniel Ash's hair still looks very cool! :-)
it is extremely annoying..
I think he try to say that His voice is over …
Bad habit at this point but it fades the note

Goth gigants!
I saw them in Chicago at the Space Place. Sept. 1980.

R.I.P David Bowie and Marc Bolan :(
The sound in most of that venue was awful.. not a great gig at all in my opinion.
Agreed it’s an awful venue if you get the position wrong. Even this close didn’t help sometimes.
