HMS piss the league was docked in Portsmouth harbour 🤣🤣🤣 love this! We were very resolute this season 💪 you’re welcome for the late win against Lincoln and you made the most of that! See you in the championship next season 💙 PUP
Last season? It was nail biting. We knew of course that we wouldn’t stay in the promotion top 2 slots. That’s not Oxford’s style. So I think all those games at the end were nail bitingly great. I’m glad Portsmouth went up. Always had a soft spot for Pompey ever since we beat them 1-4 in a season starter. Nice lot the Pompey fans. Very friendly in defeat. Ken
Barnsley - Brilliant for those of us that regularly travelled, we broke the club record for away points. ‘Fortress Oakwell’ was breached far too often and season long defensive struggles eventually took their toll. All considered, top 6 was ok and gives us something to build on.
Thanks Ian....Still think it stinks that we were 10 points better off than Oxford, and ended up with nowt. No negativity towards Oxford mate, you deserved it. But I still think they may need to rethink things like this, wether it's Bolton or someone else. To be ten points better off doesn't sit with me in a season long haul. But hey ho. Great vid mate, I'll be following you all the way in the championy! 👏👏👏👏
I think you’re hot favourites to go up next season. You were off form at Wembley. As a Yellows fan that was good news but I genuinely felt sorry for you. Must have been heartbreaking. I will be very surprised if you don’t get promotion next season. So don’t despair. A team with Bolton’s glorious history shouldn’t be in this position. Ken
Obviously you'd put Oxford in S. Biased. And put Reading in C when we've gone though points deductions and 10 points away from safety in November and the comfortably stay up with about 3 games to go. Disgraceful.
Nice round up Ian. Appreciate all your commentaries on UA-cam. We came good at the end which was what mattered. It’s a bit of a roller coaster in football. Blackpool had possibly some of the best players in the world once upon a time including Stan Matthews of course. They all earned a pittance. I think the money men (e.g. Kassam) have ruined the game in many ways. When we get into the Premiership (yes when not if) we will need a billionaire as owner to stay up. They say they cheer in Rome or Berlin or Madrid when a team like Man City win. They go window shopping for players with their bulging wallets. At the end of the day I’d much rather watch a match lower down the league than a top Premiership match…unless of course it was our beloved Oxford. As long as we stay up next season we can build on that. I’m Oxford till I die….Ken

We do need some new signings for next season…. We played championship teams twice last season and lost 5-0 and 6-2, it’s going to be a tough one
I think you should be concentrating on the Championship Now not that teeny tiny league 1 that's so last year!😋
Please don’t develop a big head
@@rafd3593 Develop? lol
Oxford fan hear i think we’re narrowly going to get relagation
