I own a harley because i drive 2 up with a passenger on pretty long trips. (2000-3000 miles) I just got a flyer in the mail from Harley with their new lineup. It's the biggest horse s*** i've ever seen. It's only like five different motorcycles and they just paint them different colors and do very Minor changes and then claim it's a different line of motorcycle. The c v o The s t's Sports whatever the h*** you want to call it it's the same d*** motorcycle with a little different Trim or paint. It's quite embarrassing.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. The Harry Davidson clothing company propaganda machine is the best. They are that slick they could sell sand to the Arabs.
Nice! I am very interested in the shocks. Those are intriguing me. The wheels are a nice feature too. It was disconcerting to me to not hear the Harley signature while you demoed it. Somehow pipes are more important than a person would think. That rumble is like petting the biker soul.
Back in the 1920’s Ray Weishaar raced Harley’s. On his victory laps he would sit a piglet on his fuel tank and the name Fast Johnnie was given to the pig. As far a dropping 7k worth of carbon wheels and 1500 for shocks on a stock bike is a huge waste of money spent. Put a crate 135 in it with some ohlins 159’s
i purchased the 2023 road glide ST .... sorry ... i only have vivid black bikes .... love the carbon fiber wheels yall did ... but out of the modifications yall did .... id have to say the suspension is the one id want .... then maybe the seat upgrade .... thirteen inches is the correct stock shock height .... so it didnt raise it any with the ohlins upgrade .... never change the handle bars ...not sure which johnnie they named it after ..... id name it MINE !!! ..... two into one pipe ....... ride safe and Ride Often ......
This bikes theme came from "Kind of the Baggers" racing series between Harley Davidson & Indian motorcycles. These Harley Baggers can run around 180-200 mph.
Fast Johnny is the baby pig 🐷 that accompanied a Harley Davidson racer during the early years of the company. Fast Johnny was used during photo optics after winning races by a famous Harley Davidson racer.
That “Fast Johnnie Hog” represents the new rider that will purchase pretty colors because they are “hogs for attention”. It was a nice attempt but having that paint scheme on anything less than the 121 and from-the-factory performance parts is laughable at this price point.
The worst part is all of the harleys run about twenty to twenty five percent below in horsepower and all of the other bikes in the same class. And in the case of bmw they run much lower On horsepower
Am I the only one who thinks that the Fast Johnny should be a performance based and just not a pretty paint job?
It should at least have the 131 from factory. Then it’d be somewhat “fast”.
Agree. I do find it interesting that Harley riders are mostly off “pretty colors”.

At least it’s an ST not a standard with a paint job

B- 5 Mopar Blue looks awesome on the Harley

Fast Johnnie is based on the baby Pig carried by the very early 1900 Harley Racers.

She’s beautiful especially with those wheels! Definitely needs an exhaust to match!
That is a very nice looking bike with a few nice upgrades. Great review, thanks.

So what makes it “Fast”? That colour looks kewl tho.
ST’s come with 13” shocks
Is it the bike named after a guy known for speed by Johnny?
Do you have BST wheels for Sportster S?
The wheels look so much better than the stock gold wheels on that bike.
is already a pearl but with some upgrades it will become a real diamond, it is a pity that not many of these diamonds come out here in Belgium

The Fast Johnnie came from a HD rider in the 1920’s who had a piglet names Johnnie who would ride with the Racer.
Some white letter tires would have set if off since the rims are black.
Are those the stock handlebars? Did you guys move them forward a bit?
It's has the hog on the side which was harley first logo
Thought it was Alf 😅
Fast Johnnie looks very much like Kyle Wyman's race bike. Kind of the Baggers RACE Champion
Johnnie the piglet was an old harley racers mascot
Man I was just there last week and didn't see the fast Johnnie.
Fast johnnie came from a pig that was a mascot during the times of the harley davidson factory race team. He had a piglet that he named johnny.
Buy it's your right
Ray weishaars piglet was the reason for fast johnnie

Everyone playing on that road glide, man up and put those wheels on the street glide
Somebody gonna do wheelies and damage the canisters
It makes it lighter
Like it
Fast johnny was the name of the pig that rode on the gas tank after the race was won
Buy a challenger 🤙🏼
But they’re ugly.
Put it on a street glide.
Red
It is a great looking paint scheme, but Geeze HD it ain’t worth $2900… makes the bike stupid expensive.
My hard candy 🍭 hot rod red flake cost 💲3,000 back in 2017
Why you asking for parts when you gonna cry about the cost increase if Harley went that way? Those wheels probably $5,000 minimum

It’s a good looking bike. Yes Harley’s are expensive but, what else is new 🤷♂️
I like the paint scheme except for the cheesy pig..
Ugliest color scheme ever
Paint looks recycled
@@RonValentine-ky8vi any suits I have came from Macy’s. I have a few of them.
Fast Johnny. Sounds quite queer.
