I bought a 23 SGST in Fast Johnny. I absolutely love the M8 117. Unfortunately I have not been riding since early November due to health issues. I will get back out riding.
Thanks for the comment! I should have talked about that some more. That’s currently a work in progress. I also added the target tube module when I installed the cam, but I’ve been having trouble with the auto tune. But it turns out I forgot to plug in the IAT sensor, so I just got that all squared away last night. I’m hoping to put a few miles on this afternoon. I’ll post an update about the whole power vision situation soon
Same here, absolutely love this platform. The part I added is called a filler panel. I believe I got them from Dennis Kirk. They’re metal and durable. Definitely cleans up the look
It’s a great bike, I’m sure you’ll love it. I took it easy for 300 miles. I did some hard accelerations, but I kept it below 4,500 rpm. Heat cycles break in a motor, not mileage. But everyone has their own opinion on that. I hit 300 miles after just three rides, after that I rode it like I do now. Nothing crazy, but it does full throttle pulls often. Good luck! And enjoy
I didn't know you could remove the cat from the factory head pipe. I bought and installed a Supertrapp open head pipe to get rid of the cat. Sounds better and definitely runs cooler at the pipe.
The material isn’t very strong, and it looks like a honeycomb. It was about an hour start to finish. And half of that was removing and reinstalling the slip on

Sorry to hear that. Hope you get back on quickly. The bike will be ready and waiting
Good to know the soft lowers help. I’ve been considering them.
I just put them back on yesterday, I’m headed to SD this afternoon for a week. Gonna be chilly
What brand are the soft lowers?

Good looking bike.
Thanks!
Great bike. Did you have to change the Brake line and clutch cable when you put the 12" KST''s on?
No, the stock cables work on 12”. But for 14” you need extensions
@@Fever_Rides Awesome. Thank you!
You forgot about the power vision tuner. Have you Dyno tuned it or flash tune since the cam.

I have the same year and make love it. Can you please tell me how you filled the holes between the fenders and the bags that hole is such an eye sore

@@Fever_Rides Thank you
Thats my favorite touring model
I have to agree with you on that one!
Im Literally in the process of buying this exact same bike right now. Can you tell me more about break in time; does and donts?

Great looking tractor lol
😂
@@Fever_Rides but seriously sweet ride ,tastefully done 👌
Are you using custom tunes for the power vision or the canned tunes from power vision?
Custom tunes. Lucas is the guy I get them from at fuel moto

I pulled my factory shocks off and it’s a world of difference……..
Good to know, I need to do something this winter
@@Fever_Rides I am extremely happy with the RWD shocks!
Nice bike. I live in Illinois too and really want to buy a 23 while they are offering low financing 😊
No better time than now! I know my 2 local dealers still have a few 2023’s on the floor
Is that the standard reach or the extended reach seat?
Extended reach. I’m 6’3, 36” inseam. Fits me perfect.
Where did you get the soft lowers from?

Your opinion and thoughts matter because you actually ride.🍺
😆 thanks!
Scared to ask the seat cost!!
Haha! I think it was $900 with the backrest. I would definitely buy it again though.
@Fever_Rides Yea. Some things are just worth it, and a nice seat with a backrest is definitely worth it!!
Absolutely!
‘Not bad” until you ride a bike with good shocks.
Ya, you hit that nail on the head. The trick is, don’t ride a bike with good suspension 😂
I have a 2022 street glide st and by far the best upgrade was the olhins rear setup night and dat difference
