I love how they purposefully chose not to kill Corpse, and Corpse actually stood there with all those dead bodies as if there's nothing wrong.
Cos he owed rae from the last game where corpse still killed her despite of being part of the babushka plan.

Sykunno was activated like a freaking sleeper agent, he hears BABUSHKA and everything around him is suddenly dead
Everyone in this round was literally a horror movie character trope: Tina and Jack were the likable nothing characters that die almost instantly at the start, Toast and Leslie were the dumb "couple" that go off on their own, John was the officer that everyone suspects until he's killed off, Jodi was the sarcastic (usually female) character that somehow gets along with the suspicious one, Brooke was our poor innocent Final Girl who usually lives unless it's a depressing horror movie where all the characters we cheer for die, and of course - Sykunno and Rae, the titular killers
The only one I can't seem to fit into a trope is Corpse, who watched his friends die and just kinda sat there 😂😂
Corpse was the person who isn’t the killer and doesn’t agree with the killing but still covers for the killer out of something like guilt or love.
Corpse - main character or secret admirer for one of the imps

Everyone ignoring Brooke when she was talking about chicken tenders was the comedic relief between rae and sykunno murdering everyone
It's also ironically the tipping point for their victory possibly, if she'd have stayed with them or got them to come with her the whole story might be very different 😁
And Toast and Leslie talking about a sushi order and just chilling the whole game right next to button in the cafeteria and even sending on Sykunno way when he was clearly panicking.. yeah this whole game was GOLD!

There is theee situations going on: two murderers with communication issues, a crew member trying to get along with a mall cop and two people ordering sushi complete oblivious to whats going on. Thats a masterpiece right there

And it's all absolutely perfect
This actually would be a really interesting idea for a horror movie, where one of the monsters/killers (in this case Rae) imprints on one of the people (Corpse) and keeps them alive as they go around slaughtering the rest of them. Would the one being kept alive try to run, fight back, warn the others, or just stay paralyzed in fear?

The whole first double kill was pretty chaotic.
Rae telling her story, Sykkuno going from “afk” to straight murdering in front of 3 witnesses, Rae panicking and exposing herself and Corpse just full on dying laughing and watching it happen...
Coming back to this in 2022, honestly I just realised how the dialogue (or maybe it's the crisp quality mics) seriously made it seem like a movie GAHAHAHA it's like everyone was acting when it's just them in their natural habitat HELP

This whole round truly felt like a perfectly scripted episode of a kid's cartoon, with the comedy and all the different arcs: the sushi order, the sherif role-play, Brooke and her lonely chicken nugget monologue, and the overarching "Mission: Babushka" just this perfect progression of the story leading to Rae and Sykkuno's win. Could not have POSSIBLY played out better, 12/10. Good job with the animation too, you really brought it to life! :)

Everyone's comedic timing in this round is so insane and iconic. The fact that it can be edited down and have a main plot and two subplots. Literally the best round they ever had altogether. Just pure chaos.
I was just thinking about this lol. It really did have two subplots going, in addition to Rae and Skykkuno being "accidental" murderers.
I would argue that this is the single greatest round of Among Us ever played anywhere... and can be viewed through so many different points of view and only adds to the hilarity of the round as a whole.

Oh my god, I keep coming back to this because I think you created the pinnacle of the Among Us timeline, putting this amazing lobby into art and making it my absolute favorite creation from this whole community. Also "If Brooke's like of chicken tenders wasn't ignored by Toast and Leslie, she likely (1) wouldn't had met up with John and Jodi at the proper time to talk about chicken tenders, which led to (deleted scene) John talking to Brooke about expanding her palette, which caused him to be distracted from Jodi leaving to go launchpad; and (2) Brooke wouldn't had been seen by Rae, which caused her to abandon Sykkuno since she thought Brooke might be heading to launchpad instead of reactor, which resulted her going to launchpad to likewise run into Jodi, and thus Jodi got killed, reducing the effectively active crewmates in the entire map to 2, who got separated during to the O2 call to allow them to get picked off just about simultaneously just as the emergency was resolved."
This game was like threading-the-needle multiple times in the middle of a cat's cradle just to have everything work the way it did in Rae and Sykkuno's favor.
Also If Sykkuno didn't tell Rae to come up with a code word so that he'll kill whenever she wants.

Ok so I'm a film student and I just absolutely love this it's so satisfying to watch all the different cuts, edits, and transitions and stuff it's so good and just *chef's kiss* immaculate translation of Among Us into an animatic. I honestly think Jack would've been down to also stand over the bodies with Corpse, so Rae could've not killed him. Then she and Sykkuno could've actually double killed Toast and Leslie in the middle of their sushi shenanigans. To be fair, though, a lot of the comedy came from Jack being a ghost with everyone else, so idk.

I have to say that the detail in the eyes is so impressive. The eyes are perfect representations of how each person felt and reacted. ITS SOO GOOD!
A small detail, that makes everything better : the sound mix. For instance, when Rae calls Babushka after John's kill, the sound is slightly echoey, like a hallway. Great job!
I like the detail on how after she killed John, her eyes were black with white pupils.

I love how so many elements of the original playthrough are accidentally horror movie-ish. Like John's character being that annoying, suspicious cop character that has a threatening presence in the first act so you almost think he might be the killer. Brooke would probably be the innocent main character who pulls off the save at the end if this wasn't about the killers winning. Toast and Fuslie's sideplot is similar to pretty much any pair of characters who disappear from the story for a while and have no idea what's going on around them. Usually it's a sex scene, but now I demand more horror movies where a guy and a girl just go to a private room to talk about food the whole time.

We actually need a guy and a girl go off their own to just talk or to get into Highlarious high jinks of their own!🤣🤣 I would so pay to watch a horror movie with a b plot surrounded by two characters just getting into multiple silly high jinks along the way to help them and the main cast!😁👍 That would be Highlarious and highly entertaining if they could do it in a horror movie setup.🤔🧐
