Devin, as you know I recently signed up as a member of Country Guitar Online. I am very happy with my decision to do so and would highly recommend you as a teacher to anyone. You not only play and arrange beautifully (Tennessee Waltz being one among many examples), but your teaching style is exceptionally clear, thorough and patient. I also appreciate your humble, friendly and gracious manner. Best of the Best, Cowboy 1429

One of the nicest tunes I've heard in a long time, and excellently taught and presented as always....thanks Devon, stay safe in that crazy country of yours.

Thanks max! Yeah things are pretty crazy out there these days. Definitely not as bad over here as the media makes it seem but there’s plenty of room for improvement. Glad you like the song! It’s one of my favorites to play right now also.

Other than the finish, is that a regular d18 with sitka/mahgany and regular bracing? It sounds remarkable

Is the guitar tuned to an open D chord as in D,A,D, G, B, E ? Great old song, thanks for taking the time to teach us.

Everything is in standard tuning except you’ll just need to drop your low E string down to D

What is the dif. of flatpicking and regular picking. Other than i dont see you hybrid picking when you use arpegios.

This is a lovely lesson and very well done.
It would be better if you could just buy the lesson for 15 dollars straight out instead of having to sign up.
From my experience its not as simple as just cancelling subscription.
I would glady pay 15 dollars for this lesson.

I hear you there, but we’re able to offer more lessons for a lower price with the subscription and you really cancel any time with no strings attached. Hope you can check out my site!

Is there anywhere I can find the tab for this version without having to pay. It’s very discouraging and aggravating to get so close to learning it and then the video stop and go visit here to learn the rest.
