Yoda was a Jedi Grandmaster during the time of the Galactic Republic, however now the Empire rules. While in his exile on Dagobah, Yoda began to feel a faint ripple of power from the unknown regions. A ripple that would continue to grow in power as if someone was trying to open a portal to fight a powerful opponent. Later Yoda would sense that Darth Vader had located the source of the power and was about to travel through it to find new powers. Yoda saw this as his moment to prevent any more power from being gained by the empire.
The Star Wars characters were added to the game to promote the Force Unleashed.

-Raphael (Stole Cassandra's shard of Soul Edge, the shard has likely left Raphael to return to Ostrheinsburg)

Stage 3: The Deep (Bonus Character)

-Darth Vader (Dark Lord of the Sith)
Stage 5: Algol
-Algol (Wielder of the power of Soul Edge and Soul Calibur)
Yoda is not accompanied by anyone except for the force.
The ending should fade to black and then show the text but for some reason, it doesn't. It can be interesting to see what goes on behind the scenes though
