I'm so glad that I bought one of these for my wife while visiting Gibson in Memphis. Best value new guitar I ever bought. Now, if we can get Chappers and Greg Koch together and lit up on espresso, it would be epic.
@sXeSnowmansXe I agree with that. I bought a Epi Dot VS Deluxe Flame top a few months ago. I tryed 2 of them before laying my hands on the one I bought....it was acoustically a beast, just a couple minutes of time on it in the store and this just felt alive. So resonant. I bought it with full intentions of modding it and it realy sounded great in stock form. I did replace the pups with a SD JB in the bridge and a Pearly gates neck. Currently the cheapest I ever bought and most fun to play.
Did the same pups in an Epiphone Sheraton , just fantastic!
Vintage V100 LP wine red has both mini humbuckers.
I got one. Mine's pinky-purple! But I've swapped out the pups for - Neck: SD 'Antiquity' mini-bucker, Mid: SD - BIlly GIbbons Lil 'Red Devil', Bridge: DiMarzio Crunch Lab (fitted to the original slanting back-plate). 5-way superswitch, with push-push coil splitting and phase. Uber-kool guitar.

I love it! It's a Les Paul, with a Strato-Tele neck and velly comfort able, super-sexy body. Yes, it stays in tune! Toying with fitting a piezo system next.
Did Chappers get enough attention when in little person phase? Someone wrote on another review that "this can't shred"... shows where their head is at. This would be one of the most broad spectrum style covering guitars available.
@anonymusneo i think it was on chappers channel the last time .. not sure though ;) oh yes i am, it's on the related to the right ^^
Amazing value there but I didn't hear a massive difference between the pickups apart form the tap.

I watched a zillion of your vids and just noticed for the 1st time that the Capt. either has a full sleeve tattage going on or is heroically fighting some indonesian skin deasese=p.
What stop box was that you were holding up. I didnt recognise it.

isnt that called open D or something?
It is probably a Metal tuning. Like standard D or C. Open D is slide tuning when the open strings make a D major chord.
