I find it really interesting that the way Melissa’s recording stated “imagine someone saying the worst things possible to you and that’s what I got”. And Drake used almost the exact same wording when describing the abuse he received from Brian. Years apart, too.

I know he has done wrong. He is one of the few accountable people for his problems. There is a lot of healing and growth in his path. It is definitely a very complicated situation. Despite these circumstances, I remember rushing home as a child to watch new episodes of Drake & Josh. It felt like they were my friends. This story breaks my heart as an adult and makes me advocate for mental health and change in the entertainment industry.

Leaving a man with a minor in a room, alone, with no supervision should be punished too. Hope that "aunt" doesn't see the end of it. Terrible woman.
All cases scream terrible parenting. I don't feel sorry for Drake Bell, it's just wild how parents can be so oblivious and complicit with their children's actions.

My thing with the ex is if she knew underage stuff was going on and could have captured proof of it by taking a photo of the computer that supposedly had the evidence she witnessed first hand on it. Instead of doing that, she chose to stay quiet until a year after she hit him up for money. If he was a predator (I don’t think he was), her silence left hundreds of kids in danger. Silence and indifference is an evil known as bystander syndrome. Don’t be the bystander.
That case was crap. Crazy how a jealous fan or girlfriend can just ruin your life off of an accusation. Also sending your child to spend time with an older man but when shit goes wrong or inappropriate, the parents dont take any blame?
