What I don't get is how do they know his exact birth year and year of his death, did they find it on his driver's license in his wallet? Also, according to his reconstruction image, they messed up, 'cause his mummified body shows that he had a hairlip.
@Glen Turney ... when he fell face first on the ice he grimaced or his mouth was open. He froze with his face like that until he was discovered. Nothing was said about a cleft palate/lip when he was examined. You can see where the lips are folded and not split.
This has been getting more and more advanced and realistic compared to some of the earlier videos. Doesn't seem long until they can start putting computer facemasks on actors. So that they stay young and don't age out when playing a the same characters role all these years later.
It's here already - there's a lot of deepfake videos already out there - Tom Cruise in particular. Just look for "deepfake" or "deep fake" and you should find some.
They did this with Jeff Bridges in 'Tron Legacy'. It could've been done a bit better, but I guess that was the best they could do with their technology of the time they made that movie.
OMG! It's really a great job! The transformation is amazing! And moreover you used background music at those particular time of history. Two thumbs up!
I've always had a love of history.. but this !!! Omg !! Opens up a Pandoras box of wonders. I got chills all over viewing the Iceman brought to life our ancestry.
Of all paintings and statues coming to life Issac Newton looked spooky the fact that the death mask was the an imprint of the actual face of Newton when he died before he was buried and now his eyes suddenly opened in 2021!!!
Now, The Iceman Cometh ... as if Copland and Ryan's "Fanfare for the Common Man" wasn't enough irony to handle, to actually see this this guy smiling is close to horrifying! Another brilliant collection of wonderful reconstructions. Many thanks.
I'm just blown away by these animated reconstructions! As I'm watching and noticing that the hair and body don't move as the face does, I'm mindful that it won't be long before the software/ technology shall reach a point where these recreations will be even more life-like. I also believe that you've shared work from different artists / studios / developers. I'm not sure how you've reached agreement with all these parties to share their work; still, I'm pleased to see so many bringing life, not only to the black-and-white and sepia-toned photos, but to portraits, sculptures, and even forensic reconstructions of skeletal remains. I hesitate to say that it's frightening - yet it is. And it's wondrous! Thank you!
I would love to see literary figures brought to life, like Romeo and Juliet, Tom Sawyer, Macbeth, etc. I know there has to be portraits, drawings, et al of them. Would be very curious and exciting. Ty
They always look to me to be amazed. Like they woke up from a long sleep and they're looking around again for the first time in years. How amazing they are awake again! I do doubt they all had such perfect teeth!🙂
These are addicting. They are really good, and a beautiful job . I know a lot of people would think I’m weird, I would like to see Yakov Yurovsky, Josef Stalin and Adolf Hitler . Just to see what they would look like.
Is there any software available that we can buy for our own photos? I have old family photos from the early 1900s. If not, it might be a good commercial product to market.
Alexander Hamilton reminds me a bit of Brent Spiner. Richard Wagner is somewhat like a triple cross of Richard Kiel, Michael Shannon and Malcolm McDowell circa 'A Clockwork Orange'.
This is very moving to the senses, and I have to say, remarkable. The fact that we as a species, can ressurect ancient peoples practically from any era involving the unique human experience and bountiful human history, is mind blowing. I smile with pride, concerning the positive strides in technology that the human race (AI) have achieved.
My 23andMe DNA results said that I’m descended from “Otzi” through my Italian father. It also said that we shared an ancestor with Benjamin Franklin, 10,000 years ago.
@@christietoole4279 It’s incredible to see what he looked like. Nice to meet you, distant cousin. This video also includes Vespasian, who defeated by Judean ancestors, on my mother’s side.
Something you might look into is a fashion trend during the era that Mona was painted… women were shaving their eyebrows. I *think* hers were shaved, but the recreation has definitely given her eyebrows.
Seeing them animated after hundreds or thousands of years they're gone , I feel gut wrenching GRIEF for them. A similar fate awaits me , my love ones and all humans. Let us love and respect , we're here today gone tomorrow. My question is not WHAT is life for but WHY is life at all for. EARTH should be named HELL.
It’s incredible how Italians from ötzi to Vespasian (thousands of years passed by) never changed . Those kind of faces can be found all over Italy till today… I’m Italian by the way …😊
I would be fun to do some voice over. I could do the Ice Man complaining about global warming. Just kidding. It would be interesting to have him tell a story of struggle and how he spent his last day.
Thank you everyone!

THANK YOU FOR THIS STUNNIG EFFORT...........THE BEST IA ANIMATION EVER/////////////

What gets me most of all is how soulful the people look when animated.
Exactly. Me too, it's so cool because I could picture myself talking to them
Portrait of an unknown woman is stunning. Beautiful yet approachable. Well done.
Thank you! 😊
The artistry it must take to bring these figures back to life is amazing. Wonderful!
I'd love to see how they do it.
@@aimeemacdn: All done on computer. Probably VERY time consuming and boring til it's finished though.
Isaac Newton's death mask waking up from a very long nap was kinda creepy!! LOL.

I think they already are? No?
Is that a nod to Harrison Ford and the Indiana Jones character.
Alexander Hamilton reminded me of a older heath ledger..The " unknown lady" was beyond stunning she was a true natural beauty..
Reminded me of Russell Crowe in Master and Commander
The unknown lady sort of reminded me of a younger Ashley Judd
Ah, that Emily Lanier - if speculation is accurate - what a beauty! And the age-progression was stunning as well.
I was thinking Kevin Kline.
Wonder Woman actress

Makes it more realistic and pulls interest .
I always found otzi fascinating. Seeing him smiling is amazing

Isaac Newton's death mask "awakening" was amazing...
Thank you... I should have installed a wig too, didn't come to mind!
I didn’t know how I’d react to a death mask coming to life and held my phone farther away!
Of all paintings and statues coming to life Issac Newton looked spooky the fact that the death mask was the an imprint of the actual face of Newton when he died before he was buried and now his eyes suddenly opened in 2021!!!
Thank you for doing Alexander Hamilton, I'd love to see some of his other portraits recreated.
Very moving, Ötzi's crude ending...thanks MS. 👍
Thank you too!
Sir isaac newton was a very devout Christian and studied the Bible with great intensity and admiration
It doesn't matter who it is, I still get a kick when a full smile appears in the photo. Thanx again. 👌
Absolutely amazing; thanks for sharing these.
Any chance you could do the Bog Bodies of Northern Europe?
Maybe do Saddam Hussein as he's hanging by his neck going, "AAAAAAAAAGH!"
l love all of them , but I I would have deeply fallen in love with Franz LITZST .With his romantic music.
Omg I knooo. I love “Love dream” oh it’s so beautiful

@@MysteryScoop My pleasure Sir!!!
I love these videos they are awesome, it makes you look at historical figures a bit differently. Wonderful work.
Another WoW factor!!! Excellent, thank you so much for the smiles. I loved the Iceman. At 0:56 his looks reminded me of my ol' dad.
They always look to me to be amazed. Like they woke up from a long sleep and they're looking around again for the first time in years. How amazing they are awake again!
I do doubt they all had such perfect teeth!🙂
Vespasian looks like he could have your sweet, loving grandfather.
5:31 I have a little doubt towards the presented dental health of the unknown woman in 1593.
My granddaughterther resembles the Mona Lisa. This is exciting and amazing. Thank you.
Wow, thank you

We have plenty of moving images os Stalin and Hitler already.
Once again excellent video, I enjoyed watching it👍🏿
Thank you!
Toujours aussi impressionnant 👍👏
Brilliant work. 👏👏👏
Thanks a lot 😊
I love Mystery Scoop!!
Really great stuff MS ...always ready for another video.
Отличная работа! Поразительно нервное лицо у Франца Лист! Упрямый подбородок. Думаю и характер был твёрже стали!
Супер!
I have only two words to say about this video: Abolute fantastic.
Thank you! 🙏
Alexander Hamilton..wow. Franz Liszt is magnificent
Mesmerizing. I was expecting Vespasian to be a little more pugilistic in appearance from his busts. It's great.
Wow incredible 👌🏼
Thank you 🙌
2001 A Space Odyssey opening theme for Otzi...perfect.
Oh my I found myself smiling back at the ice man!
Incredible to see Otzi humanized👏
Amazing work .. ❤️ Mystery Scoop! Thanks
I'm amazed how good it has become but what I'm more amazed by is that Mona Lisa's essence actually looses its punch.
I think Alexander Hamilton winked at me! Seriously though, awesome job, please keep them coming!

Otzi - " I'll trade you my copper ax for that camera "

Otzi looks like a fierce northern European warrior to me.
Incredible. The Sir Isaac Newton was fantastic.
Sir Isaac Newton's disembodied, floating face rather freaked me out I must admit.
2:15 It reminds me of a famous Hollywood actor named "Robin Williams..."
Franz Liszt was beautiful.......... and He could play the piano. ,!!!!!
Очень интересно, а если еще знать от какой болезни умер человек или страдал, можно еще точнее сделать, завораживает..)👍
3:47 - Моналиса / Жоконд
Otzi looks like he's having the time of his life in that reconstruction
He reminds me of my uncles tbh 😂.
A fair bit north and east, southwest Poland is where our ancestry is from but we live in the US.
