Hey, another similar crepe that works great for a family and reheats amazingly is a ham/onion/sour cream mix on the inside, and a cheddar sauce (cheese flour and some broth) all over the top. back for 30min or whatever.
I actually use a blender and for best results (these crepes were a little too fluffy) put the mixture in the fridge for at least 3-4hrs but ideally overnight, it gets rid of the air bubbles.
@@Jorie921 normally you only need to put it in the fridge for 30min for the gluten to settle. you can work out air bubbles by simply tapping the bowl a few times.
How big is the skillet, need help here.... so 8.5oz milk - 1cup 5oz. 1.7oz butter- 3/8 cup or 6 tablespoons. 4.4oz all purpose flour- 1cup. So is that correct?
Thank you for this. It's exactly what I was hoping to find!

What a great recipe! Can we use it in two ways? Savory and sweet?

These look absolutely delicious! I wonder if I could ever get such amazing results.
Does using a whisk work? I don’t have a hand mixer. Love the video!
