Weird that they used peanut butter too. The kare-kare does use peanut butter, it's the main ingredient, and is usually balanced with fish paste. I think it probably didn't translate well as a Ramen? But I'm glad you liked our food! The longsilog looked so good it got me so hungry lol. Also, I agree, ube is superior. It's my favorite flavor for any dessert ever.
