Some good color theory lessons here for kids! How did you remove eggs from the topping w/o smearing the colors and do you rinse them under water to take stickiness off or will it wash color off too? Plastic gloves come in kids sizes as well as adult. Thanks
I colored my eggs with Redi Wip but first I put the hard boiled eggs in vinegar which helps the color adhere to the eggs. I left the eggs in the vinegar a little longer than needed but to my surprise coloring also got inside the shells and was quite different from the color on the outside of the eggs. It was a real treat.

Did you eat the eggs after? I’m going to use the colored eggs for deviled eggs on Easter but don’t want them to taste like vinegar!
These turned out way better than mine
Should the eggs be cold or still warm
Do you leave the shell on or do you peel it first before dying them?
Leave shell on!

Can I use gel food coloring?
Yes any kind of food coloring will work.

Cool 😎
How do you rinse them off??? How long do you let them dry?
Ours came out ugly cause the kids mixed colors way too much lol.
