My suggestion is dont go for lower seat option, it wont make that difference. Learn to ride a higher bike. It is a skill. It is worth the comfort. The lower seat is not comfortable.

If you want to go to laddaks most difficult terrain of higest road and ur life depended on it. No way more chosing himalayan as it is not as reliable as vstorm. And i can reach any destination in india on a vstorm without difficulty and reliably.

New himalayan is a mammoth. Dont know how everyone considers it as great adventure moto. Eventually it will be considered only for long touring with mild off roading.

Already own vstrom it easily cruises with pillion 110 to 120 kmph without lagging
My opinion is v-storm as my requirements
I will go for V STORM SX 250. All rounder bike. Good speed, good ride quality and very good mileage.

Yes, reduces upto 20mm. Available in Suzuki showroom
You can get a seat as an accessory for lower seat height of 810mm

The vstrom 250 sold abroad is a parallel twin not the single cylinder version sold in India. The make is very different.

No vibrations nor heating issue after 3rd service. The engine smoothens itself after running atleast 5k kms
