- Today I thought I'd try and let Pebeo redeem themselves by testing out some Pebeo ceramic paints and doing some DIY ceramic plate painting! And Pebeo definitely came through with these ceramic paints, they were much better than the last bunch of paints I tried. I also really enjoyed my day of DIY ceramic plate painting, and would recommend it to anyone! I think turning boring, plain, white ceramics and dinnerware into something more fun, colourful and exciting is definitely a winner to me! But let me know what your thoughts were on this day of DIY ceramic plate painting, and whether I've inspired you to make some fun ceramics of your own! I bet the person who named the paint took months to come up with cyclamen and sevres. They got fired for taking too long and the next person was like, turquoise, orange and finished naming the paint in 5 minutes…lol. I liked all of the projects. Platey is an awesome mascot! Thanks for sharing!

I love those paints on the dinnerware. The bowl is my favorite. I love how the colors in the bowl are dark and subtle and that pop of bright blue….chefs kiss….perfection. Great job as always!

Hi Anthony, I used this paint some time ago and, like you, I bought it to paint on ceramics for my granddaughters. Unfortunately it’s not food safe so when their masterpieces were dry we hung them in their bedroom with those plate hanger things. You always make me laugh, like me you just don’t give a **** 🤣🤣🤣
Yeah someone else mentioned they aren't food safe which is a shame! At least they look good though! 😅 Haha and true! Lifes too short!! 😆😆

Thank you for another fun video. This set looks fantastic, I am a drawer person and love a good set of drawers (I think that came out wrong lol) so I was sold on the packaging even before you got the set out. I really loved this idea and would be a great fun project for parents to do with the kids during the summer holiday. I was a bit shook up though as Platey’s eyes seemed to follow me around the room like one of those haunted pictures lol. Thank you hun for brightening my day xxx

That was coool! I do love Platey! He was fun and I totally LOVE the colour you used for his face. That green was beautiful. I loved the bowl even though it went brown and dark I still really liked it. It has a certain sophistication to it. The plate in the Pollock style was really bright and cheery and I love your use of colour in it. I think my favourite tho is Platey. There is something endearing about him with his Shrek colouring and his Kardashian style lips, he's pretty adorable! Thanks for another fun video Ant. Btw I love the cap you were wearing. 🤣🤣🤣 I dunno… we may just never reach a Pebeo paint common ground (I know, huge loss, huh? 🤔😆) I was hoping Platey might get blue eyes 👀 Love the bowl, both inside and how the outside ended up 🤩 I think every single time I’ve recorded close up video of trying to draw, paint, apply, etc, any sort of line, it always happens on a day when I opted for *two* cups of coffee 🤦♀️🤣🤣🤣

Much as I love Platey, he does look like he's seen things that no plate should have to. I want to console him (or send him for therapy!).
Oh therapy wouldn't work on Platey, they are too far gone, however they are very resilient 😆😆

I love Platey so much! I've long been tempted to paint my own dinner set, but haven't found paints that are non-toxic so that you can use the painted crockery.

Cyclamen is the name of the colour hair dye I used to use 😱 now I used Pine Green 💚 Got to have some brightness to make me feel young because at 32 I feel ancient!

@@AnthonyCrammen CARING (decorated surfaces): after drying, the colours tolerate gentle washing by hand, without soaking. Resistant to glass cleaner. Objects decorated with Ceramic colours cannot be regarded as utilitarian objects, but only decorative objects, and only surfaces not intended to be in contact with food can be decorated.
