I was a Christian from a family which was converted from sc Hindu to Christian three generations back. Ever since my family members, including myself, were victims of racism especially from so called upper caste Christians. I converted to Buddhism, a real castless religion, nobody asks you in which caste you belong to. I heard real story happened in USA. One cheramar Christian and one Syrian Christian women were working as nurse in an American hospital. Same salary. The Syrian woman from Ranny told a Madamma working with her that I am Syrian Christian, she is SC Christian, then Madamma told her you entered in a Christan bus 10 hours earlier, she got into the bus later, now both are in the same bus, what is the difference between you and she.
I appreciate the favorable comments and support Shinoth Mathew gets especially from Christian community. I am a muslim but I am sure if anybody from muslim community speaks against any unhealthy practice in the muslim religious leadership not even 10% among that community will support that person

ഇത്രയും വിമർശനം നേരിടുന്ന ഒരു വിഷയത്തെ കുറിച് സംസാരിച്ചതിൽ സന്തോഷം. ഇന്നും ജാതിയും മതവും ഒരു അലങ്കാരം ആയി കൊണ്ട് നടക്കുന്നവർ ഉണ്ട്. എത്രയൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞാലും ഒന്നും തലയിൽ കേറാത്ത കുറെ പേർ 😢.
