try to change boot manager by pressing f12(depends on ur pc) this only work if u have 2 hard drives

Dear when I decrypting my hard drive, my laptop battery was low, when I charged my laptop then hard showing this message, bitlocker encryption on this drive isn't compatible with your version of windows, try opening the drive using a newer version of windows, then I installed windows 11 but isn't worked.

Can anybody help. By default Bitlocker is off. I have been building PCs over 15 years. Never have i gone onto the bitlocker section. However on this drive i use for work it is off. So therefore i never turned it on. Have been locked out of an account i needed. And a key i can't have due to impossibility. did you know the password you used to secure your account??
if you remember the password then simply run elcomsoft and within the app choose recovery through password instead of memory dump and. it'll find recovery key for you and if the recovery key didn't works then mount the drive as i did in the above video
