    Thank you SO MUCH for this video. I’m a single woman that’s intimidated by yard tools. This is a blessing to me. Please keep these videos coming for us ladies

    Thank you so much for this. I have to learn how to do more of this due to the fact I have a nice side yard.
    It’s too expensive to get someone to do it every other week and with the rain. ❤❤❤

    I just bought mine on marketplace. I like it so far. I did have a lot more trouble putting it together than any of the videos I watched. The handle was a big problem. I only tried it about 10 minutes. I love that it is so lightweight.

      Great - I use mine all of the time!! I would definitely order replacement blades. One time I wasn't tightening the blades down enough and broke 3 in a row. Now, I make sure the blade is tight.

    Thanks! I have a townhome & the HOA does a lousy job of keeping the retention pond trimmed. I bought this for trimming the small section of pond in my area & did not want to monkey around with a string trimmer (which I gave away when I sold my home). This battery operated version is easy for an older woman to use & very simple to assemble using your video rather than written instructions.

    Awesome small cordless trimmer ! Highly recommend!!!!
    This is an awesome small lightweight trimmer for small yard/garden areas. Easy to use and not having to fuss with string lines is the best part. Power is strong for routine maintenance. Highly recommend it. Can’t find anything wrong with it. For the size and price - and the fact that you can make it short or tall, is pretty awesome. , and battery lasts long too. !!! 👍🏼👍🏼

    Thank you for the video. I'm a single, middle aged woman who just rented a townhome with a yard and very long curbside. My landlord wrote into my lease that "weed and water" the property, which is all new to me, coming from living in apartments my whole adult life. Lol This video, especially the assembly of the unit, was extremely helpful.

    I just bought this one off of Amazon and I get it tomorrow. Not high on the reviews but I got it anyways because it was cheap and said next day delivery. Ran to UA-cam since a few of the reviews said the instructions weren't clear and this was helpful. Hope I get good use out of it. Thank you

      @DIYOnTheHouse actually I did. The video was a lot of help putting it together because the instructions were not so clear to me, and the pictures were too light I couldn't quite see them. My vision sucks, so that didn't help either. But I liked it. Did the job quiet well too. I used the plastic blades and hit part of the rocks on the edge a few times, and even though it took off the tip of the blade, it was still working well. Thanks for posting the video

    I would love a video on how to convert an electric string weed wacker to on with a blade. The auto feed on mine doesn't work and I hate having to continue to take it apart to extend the string. Also, a metal blade seems much more sustainable.

    • @DIYOnTheHouse
      @DIYOnTheHouse  3 роки тому +2

      Ohh, that would be good. I think a metal blade turning at that speed may be too dangerous - I am shocked at how well this trimmer worked!

    Hello, I gave this video a thumbs up. Thank you for this video. May I please ask how many square feet is your yard and how long did it take? Thanks in advance :)

    • @DIYOnTheHouse
      @DIYOnTheHouse  2 роки тому +1

      Our yard is 50'x50'. I only trim the edges, and it takes maybe 10 - 15 minutes each time. I do it often, because the trimmer is never out of weed eater line!!

    I just got mines, and I can't get the socket off to put the safety guard on. I'm noticing on every video everyone's socket is already off. Mine was delivered already attached. How do you get it off?,,🧐

    I just got mine in the mail. For some reason, I’m struggling with putting the darn handle on! The screws don’t catch enough to keep the handle together. I tried it without the magnetic tube and it was too loose on the handle. Do I need to get a clamp to get this together? Good grief!

    as soon as you get to close to something solid that blade will break. Talk about a gimmick. But people will fall for it as they always do.

      I probably change the blade 2-3 times per season. I have used this for over 4 seasons and still love it!!
