Happy New Year everyone~ 😊
Today, I made a rice hot dog using rice.
This is a delicious menu that both adults and children love.
[2~3 servings/ 8 pieces]
✤ Stir-fried vegetables
-2 big tbsp of chopped zucchini (rice spoon)
-2 big tbsp of chopped onion (rice spoon)
-2 big tbsp of chopped carrots (rice spoon)
-3 pinches of salt
-2 tbsp of cooking oil (rice spoon)
✤ Rice seasoning
-310g rice
-Stir-fried vegetables
-3 pinches of salt
-1 tbsp sesame seeds (rice spoon)
-0.5 tbsp of sesame oil (rice spoon)
✤ Ingredients
-8 little sausages
-Stick mozzarella cheese (optional)
-Wooden skewers
✤ When frying
-Flour (any type)
-2 eggs
-Bread crumbs
✤ Decoration (optional)
-Ketchup
-Mustard
mayonnaise
-Teriaki
-Sliced almonds
-Parsley
-Crushed Pepper
-Katsuobushi (bonito)
✤ TIP
-If you make it too big, it can be too heavy to loosen the rice, so make it small.
-Do not make only cheese. The wooden skewers come out as the cheese melts.
-Make the rice sticky.

You know, these would be fun to decorate. Use the condiments to "paint" little faces on. I'd bet kids would get a kick out of getting one of these with a little face drawn on it made of mayo, ketchup, mustard, and the katsu sauce draws on the hair. So fun!
