Yes of course! In fact it becomes easier for h4 when they attend interview with H1B. Keep in mind separate ds 160 is required for both. Add the h4 as a dependent while booking interview and attend together on 1 date.

Hey! I 94 is a document generated when a person enters US (at the port of entry). Your husband for sure has this as it’s impossible to not have i94. Ask him to download it. It’s available on www.cbp.gov/I94

You can carry your husbands approved 1797. And mention that he is yet to travel to USA and that he has already completed the visa stamping process. Its not going to be an issue!

From what I understood from your question is that your husband's H1b stamping has expired. And his i797 is still valid for 3 yrs. There should be no problem for you to get H4. It's totally fine. All the best.

Hi I had my H1B dropbox renewal on Feb 1st and Feb 11th - admin processing and hoping it will change to issued on Feb 14th. I dont think we ll have my passport at hand by Feb 15th. My wife's H4 consulate appointment is on Feb 15th and i don't think we might have a copy of H1b visa stamped page at the time of interview. Is that a required document? She needs to carry your approved i797. That will work. She doesn't need your passport. If asked she can say that it's still with consulate. Cgi status will not be required. Just have a copy of your i797. All the best!

Hey! There is no requirement for birth certificate. You don’t need it. You don’t need 10th certificate also. You can keep it with you as a secondary document. Marriage certificate is most most important. And sometimes the date of birth is also mentioned on the marriage certificate. Even if it’s not don’t worry!
Depends on which consulate you are attending. But usually within 7 days and even less than that. If visa is approved they will tell you "approved" in the interview itself.

Hi Pragya Marriage pictures are really important. But if you had a court marriage you can tell the VO about the same. Carry the original marriage certificate. DS 160 filling up process is coming up in next videos. After visa is approved usually it takes 7-10 days for passport to come back. Again this may differ from place to place. All the best!

Just take the prints. You don’t need to carry the album. Around 10 photographs should be fine.

Mobile phones or any digital devices are not allowed inside the consulate. You have to carry physical photographs.

When you are out of US you don’t need i94.
