Is it possible to have form fields so that if you select, say Main Topic, it opens up other sub-fields that fall under the first one? I think they are subtopics or tiered-not sure of the term.

Can you tell me if you use Action, Format , Validate or Calculate to create any parts of your forms? I am going to inquire with Adobe as to why I do not see those options. I need the appearance to be "Type" where you can select different school locations and the 2nd tab I want the 4-selections to appear as 1-tab. Sincerely, Desperate

The person that fills out the forms doesn't have to have Acrobat DC Pro do they? I know to create the form you do.
