This was so straight forward and easy that I was laughing. I spent hours googling this, so much that it hurt my eyes. But your tutorial was just what I needed! And only 5 minutes!
THAT'S WHY HE IS THE GOAT. THE GOAT! I cant spend monthly money on substance painter, i hate subscription model and currently i dont have enough money to buy one-time feed steam version, so I wanna create my materials on blender, thank you so much for this!
instead of using a image texture for the wood u can use a noise texture with distortion + color ramp + mix of brown and a darker brown (that gives you a wood smart material) and u can also connect the color ramp to roughness
rlly nice tutorial I'd like to make a material like that but I always think that it should be complicated material to give me a good result but after this vid I believed that it is ezz to do soo rlly thx bro
Bro how can i convert that metal material which has color ramp in to a texture and roughness map b cause when i import it in unity its just a flat color not that foggy metel texture please help me
Do you know when you'll do a tutorial for the Unity method? I've just been a bit stuck with that. I'll bake and export a texture and it won't look the same.
