I'm enjoying the series. Lots to learn.
Once you've created a somewhat complex shape like you showed, how can you then edit it. For example, can you add a vertex to it so that you can increase the number of sides?
Another question, perhaps for a future video. Can you make your own fill patterns? Or are there sources for more fill patterns? I find the selection in Layout rather limited and they tend to print too light.

Great series. Could you talk more about viewports, creating, arranging etc. Cheers

Lines over a model and difficult snaps, could be a whole video. (You went past the garage because its easier) Constrained page orthogonal? Crayons in Windows OS would be best! Thank Aaron.

How would you 'soften' or 'grey out' the entire contents of a viewport, so that any additonal layers on top of that (created in Layout) really pop out? The only solution I can think of is to introduce fog in SU, but maybe you have some other ideas as well?

      Good question!
You can drag a rectangle over the viewport and set its fill to grey or white or whatever looks good and then change its opacity to less than 100%. On a Mac you do this with a slider in the colour picker. Not sure about a PC!

@@jonomoles That's a very easy suggestion, nice like it. And yes, that will work the same on PC :)
