    could you demonstrate the advanced pose. the advanced pose is basically the
    same, but with your toes tucked under. stretching the soles and toes of the feet.

    Can someone help me? When I try and sit like this my quadriceps hurt. What can I do?

      Hi Allive Bell! There are a few ways to solve this issue. The main goal is to raise yourself up a little while working on developing flexibility in your quadriceps. One way to do it is to sit on a bolster while in this pose. Another way is to fold a small blanket and put it under your thighs to prop yourself up. I hope this helps!
