How to Weld Mig Welding with my Longevity 200S

I had the welder cranked up on this one more than usual. The welder ran smooth though which was good to see because I have some thicker stuff planned.
I'll actually be putting this Swag Offroad Break to the test also with my pneumatic 20 ton press I'm putting together.
