FAllout series robots and Atomic heart robots. 1) Fallout robots are only unstable, if damage or intentional malicious code has been activated. AH robots are also like that, but I notice that few unaffected also show glitches and unstable behaviour never the less. Prgoramming issues I guess. 2)Not all robots can speak. Both establish that clearly. But the wide arrange of robots in AH are clearer on that. 3) If FO and AH ever duke it out, then by my estimation, AH robots completely destroy FO robots, except Liberty Prime. Certain AH robots are simply too fast and agile. FO robots are tankier, with more firepower, but their tech is more limited. If FO universe had found Polymer based tech, then the Wasteland stories would be quite different. FO robots would be more advanced and dangerous. More dangerous than certain mutant creatures or Super Mutants.
Just keep in mind that we never see any of the AH universe actual combat bots that are supposed to be much more dangerous than the civillian models we see in game..
