You need to change the restrict attempt setting to any count which you want. Example- you have set it to 5 then same user can attempt the exam 5 times.
Please I'm conducting a survey on customer satisfaction. Using a rating scale where 1- is very unsatisfied and 5- very satisfied. The response bar chart have the same color though it was differentiated by the number 1 to 5. Please how can I change the response bar chart to have different color..i.e, 1- very unsatisfied having different color from 2- unsatisfied, and so on.. Thank you
I have created forms, however the structure of question in Preview dan Excel Spreadsheet does not match with the initial forms. I was using the existing template created by others and then I added and deleted the questions. Please advise how to fix it
Hey, I'm having trouble with conditional logic. I have a lot of conditions (2+1+16+16, with a total of 36 sections). And the google forms file won't open anymore. It opens but fails to load. My question is: is there a maximum number of conditions that should not be exceeded with google forms? (where google would not be able to process the information anymore) should I install an extension? Thank you for your answer
Is there a way to add a comment field at the end of each row of multiple choice grid. For example, I want to create a question where people will rate a number of facilities' status from say, 1 to 5, 1 being poor and 5 being excellent. Then next to each rating will be a comment option where one can explain their rating. I rather not use the conditioning option and have them jump to another session to fill out a comment, since the comment is optional, I feel it is a pain if my question has 10 rows and they had to jump to a different session each time they rate a row.

Imagine that i need make a 200 employees list on the first questions… my crew need mark 50 best ones… second questions needs to be listed JUST these 50 bests…3ª question they will mark top 30 bests and ONLY this 30 to be listed on the Next question… i need to doing this to funnel from 200 to end in the top 20 bests employees in 4 questions … do you know how may i do this ?? . Forms, some specific extensions or some Google forms hack?? . Help meeeeee

Maybe someone can point me in the right direction. I am trying to create a family registration form. Section 1 is Primary data like Last name, Pri Email address, Pri Mail Address and so on. Section is Head of Household date such as Last name, email address phone number, Section 3 is Spouse data with similar questions. then where I have an issue is with child info. I would like to loop through section 4 child data a number of times as we do not know if there are no kids, 1 child, 2,3,4,5... is this possible?
Hi Jerry, Currently in Extended Forms we are not supporting looping option. However in Google form not sure if you can create loop but you can create 2 different question like Child Data which will be Multiple choice option with Gender of Child as option & Other question will be Number of Child which will be short answer. In this question user can write how many child he have. You can try this & see if it works
Hi Batair, Are you talking about below option ? Its still there in Google Forms. Goto Google Form - Click on Responses - Then click on 3 dots on right side & you can see second option there ( Select Response Destination )

That user need to check with Google support. Its not related to extended forms. You can download the report by clicking on Export CSV!

Hi there. You can add more questions in a section. Like this there will be less section and see if that works.

Is it possible for me to put forward 9 options to choose from but specify that they are only able to choose 8 ?

You can allow users to upload the photo of their answers by using the File Upload question type
