yall teachers pretend that yall never cheats in exam when you are a kid. yall need to calm down and lets kids be kids. + im also a teacher.

The response bar chart have the same color though it was differentiated by the number 1 to 5. If you have two multiple choice questions that branch, only the last one applies, is that correct?

Is there a way to add a comment field at the end of each row of multiple choice grid. For example, I want to create a question where people will rate a number of facilities' status from say, 1 to 5, 1 being poor and 5 being excellent. Then next to each rating will be a comment option where one can explain their rating. I rather not use the conditioning option and have them jump to another session to fill out a comment, since the comment is optional, I feel it is a pain if my question has 10 rows and they had to jump to a different session each time they rate a row.
