Hi thank for your excellent channel and all you and others like According to Carl in the UK and Mark Mayes are doing. I retired after a 37 year career as an anaesthetist and I’ve always had an interest in true crime and in particular miscarriages of justice. To me this is one of the worst ever and the way Lucy has been treated is absolutely horrific. There’s so much cominge to light now which I feel will lead to either the quashing of all her convictions or a re-trial. Keep up you great work- I hope it gets seen by as many people as possible.

Lucy’s ordeal is a great example of misogyny committed by both men and women…..as a retired American nurse I saw the role of the power of the nurse slowly diminish as the hospitals became more and more business like….and guess who were the ones that used their misogyny to climb this corporate ladder…..women….fellow nurses who felt it too degrading to be just a floor nurse and used every nasty narcissistic, passive aggressive tactic to climb the ladder and they could have cared less how their fellow women were treated…yes, they could put on their sweet womanly caring masks so well, but underneath they were monsters

Just got a message from someone saying LL didn’t attend the sentencing & had notes at home?
This apparently is irrefutable evidence that she’s a psychopathic killer??🙄
Alarming that so many people actually have zero critical thinking skills at all.
Even not understanding the word “evidence”or even what I would have thought fairly simple “ reasonable doubt”?
Defence should never excepted that any murders happened at the COCH.
Sadly impossible to have a rational conversation with anyone about this particular miscarriage of justice is not possible.
These babies & parents were horrifically let down by the NHS & this failing unit.
It obviously should have been downgraded long before this happened.
But this 🧙🏻‍♀️ hunt has literally saved managers & consultants from any responsibility, by blaming a nurse.✊❤️

I remember watching a statement from Stella Assange at around the time of Julian's release from Belmarsh during which she spoke about the "punishment by process" that he had been subjected to whilst never having been convicted of a crime. It appears that this is now standard practice in Britain's "for profit" prison system. It's shameful and quite terrifying.

I wonder if getting Lucy to court late was a tactic to get her more flustered and stressed before being questioned? You then have in the dock a young girl who's been sat for 2 1/2 hours in the back of a van and flustered with little or no time to calm herself before being presented to the nasty questioning of Nicholas Johnson KC, limited support from her defence team. If as I suspect, Lucy is on the autistic spectrum, this stress and being so late to court and flustered and unprepared would have created a shut down experience - where our brains are so stressed and overwhelmed that we would be virtually unable to answer questions or defend ourselves, because we literally can't think anymore. If she is on the autistic spectrum, its my theory that this is why she was not good at defending herself - plus a limited Theory of mind (TOM), which makes innocent autistic defendants fair very badly on the courtroom, as we're less able work out the games the prosecution barrister is playing /where the line of questioning is going and we dont know so well how we might mislead the jury into thinking we're guilty if we say something the wrong way.

    • @Ida_Dunne_Moore
      @Ida_Dunne_Moore  22 дні тому +4

@cupofteawithpoetry Well if it's not a deliberate tactic, it will undoubtedly be the consequence.
There is almost no acknowledgment or discussion of what PTSD does to your ability to engage with the moment, to remember things and talk to people. It's a massive form of shock in the brain that interrupts so much, and can result in physical damage. Lucy Letby won't have had a chance to even get to grips with it. At this stage, obviously it would br exacerbated every day by hearing people calling her a murderer. I'm amazed she has withstood it at all and isn't a gibbering wreck

Hi Ducking Stool and that's another great video! You have seen the video on loose women where a BBC reporter Judith Moritz gives the reasons why she thinks LL is guilty. It's simply outrageous and so provocative that I recommend a complaint against the BBC and the reporter. After admitting there is no direct evidence against LL, no CCTV, no witnesses, no forensic evidence, no motive and nothing much against her the reporter concluded she must be guilty because she seemed emotionless in the court, was 'struggling' to answer some questions and the way she behaved was abnormal. On the top of this another member of the panel said that LL was convicted because she enigmatic! If she was sympathetic then she could have been found innocent! This is outrageous and it must be challenged.

As a nurse, putting the sewage aside, the nurse manager bares a lot of the blame…I’ve had good and bad nurse managers in my 40 year career, they all have the same characteristics
Good managers run a tight ship and they do not let the bullies interfere or give free rein….not talking consultants, I am talking fellow nurses. Lucy had pranks played on her by others and she was publicly laughed at….carl in uk had good example in 1 of his videos…..
If a doctor treated a nurse badly, the manager would speak to them privately or run it up the chain of command
Never, ever have I seen a nurse be allowed to just leave a hand off note and allow the patient to be left unmonitored by another nurse until next shift….yes, you can leave early sometimes if things are slow….but you give a verbal handoff to another nurse so she can monitor until next shift
A good manager would have been apoplectic over the fact that there was sewage in the sinks, let alone pseudomonas…..never ever let that one sit…..absolutely go ballistic if it wasn’t treated
A good manager allows only 1 type of nurse near freedom….the good one…she trusts this nurse and her judgement….I myself, was put in charge of training new nurses, on my word alone, the nurse manager sacked a trainee whom I thought was awful….a bad manager uses the bullies to maintain order…..much like they did in Nazi concentration camps…..fellow inmates were rewarded by the Nazis if they kept the prisoners in line…..I left my last job, retired early because seeing the bullies harass fellow coworkers was just too much for me….i wasn’t harassed, others were, I did everything by the book, went to HR etc……

You are deluded in believing the likes of Dewdrop Evans who has absolutely no credibility while ignoring the evidence coming from 50+ real experts across multiple fields. Dewdrop made a fool of himself right at the beginning by stating that: "Healthy babies don't suddenly drop dead". While being strictly speaking correct, apparently healthy babies do - with a scarily high frequency; it's called Sudden Infant Cot-death Syndrome. But, these were very sick babies, that's why they were in an ICU. With several weighing less than a quarter of the optimal weight, several having gone through less than three-quarters of the optimum gestation period, most having no functional immune system, several having genetic defects, all being exposed to raw sewage (particularly dangerous coming from people so sick they were in hospital), antibiotic resistant pathogens coming out of the taps, doctors who could only manage 2 ward rounds a week when there should have been 2 per day, insufficient nurses with Letby (at the tender age of 25) being the most experienced of them and a hospital report saying that it was performing so badly that it had to be down-graded preventing it from taking on any more vulnerable cases.
Conditions were similar in the maternity ward with there being a spike in still-births, or perhaps you think she was responsible for those deaths too.

Lo and behold, the crown is the richer.
