I love Vivaldi Four Seasons: Spring and Summer, I've never heard winter before. This isn't a quite evening of gently falling snow sitting by a cozy warm fire. I get the feeling this is a blizzard, like: "Holy ****, I'm stuck in a blizzard and I'm going to die!" Only Vivaldi can make that kind of terror sound so beautiful!😂

He did write the concerto to accompany a set of poems he wrote for each season. The first movement of _Winter_ is to be trapped in a snowstorm, the second is to be indoors with a fire while it thunderstorms outside, and the third is to be carefully trying to walk slowly without slipping on the ice before falling and rushing indoors, as (quote) _"winds rush through the home despite the locked and bolted doors"._
