I never realized how important Fish and Chips were to me - but now, living in America where you can't get them in most areas - I miss them so much. Over here - it has become really hard to find Hot Dogs or Donuts (both American traditions), and I would hate to see that happen with Fish and Chips. Appreciate what you have, so you don't lose it.
Old school,and believe it or not,for some reason,fish and chips always taste great,must be the paper or print,from Australia,the real old school shops still wrap wit the newspaper.there is white clean paper inside,just adding.
