Maybe spread it out evenly,make sure it's cool....then get a silicone sheet n press down.That way it's already spread out evenly n u can just press,maybe u could even use a big spatula to press?Like the ones that people use to spread cement.Hope I made sense. Lol 😂. Sublimation needs a lighter color material to show bright colors. Darker fabrics will wash out the color. There is a way to put a base of white, which I'll demonstrate an oncoming videos 👏🏾💯
I like the video but I am confused a little I saw what you did on the polyester using film as opposed to sublimation paper my thought was you were going to show us something that would work well on cotton did miss something

You can yes. But know the color of the shirt will be the color of the white section of your art
the only downside is that sometimes you get pizza wheel marks as the ink is not prepared for print on film, but it works
If you go to your settings of your printer in choose to clean the heads of your printer those those " pizza lines" will come out
