Dude I still just wanna tell you how much I prefer you voiceovers to lot of similar UA-camrs. You kind of have a unique cadence/use different emphasis on words but it makes you sound smooth. i don't even know how to describe it other than it really feels like you actually practiced the way you speak so it has a consistent flow, and don't just use your first take every time either.
Why Bother Thanks man. Yeah my voice and rhythm was garbage when I first started UA-cam. Had to do a lot of practice and refining to get to this point.
from what i can recall, and please correct me if i'm wrong, but he had custody of his sister after that and i think she lived in washington? so he was splitting time between there, kansas, and wherever the team was playing next, while also having to study and look after her education. he may not be an nba player but he sure as hell is a man.
He was a project piece for Pop, he wasn't seen as someone with potential. It just speaks to his testament as a player with a legendary work ethic and Pop's ability to mentor and develop players.
Because in the 2010-2011 season the team that shot the most 3 pointers per game shot only 25.5 per game. This would rank 29th in today's NBA. If Klay Thompson was in today's NBA draft he would be top 5 because the three point shot is valued differently.
Can you do like a players drafted AFTER.. Like take a prospect that had way better taking later and discuss it in that light.. or possibly discuss the first round of drafts by year
I'm a celtics fan and I think were not getting him we need to get young players and if were going to get him we should trade a first, grodan Hayward, Jalen brown, and Aaron bayans
I love these videos because they add so much context for people who never considered anything. I hate when people make memes about how these players got drafted late but never consider the status of teams during the draft and also how hit or miss the draft really is. Thanks Dom you da 🐐
It's so crazy seeing how far he's come in the league. I remember first seeing a Blazer's game in middle school his first year in the league. I still have the cup I got there with him and Myers Leonard when they were rookies 😂
Dame has been the best player of that draft! Davis may be more of a phenomenon but looking at the careers from that draft class I don’t see anyone I would take over Lillard. He also is a top clutch shooter ever
It's kind of a "ugh.... Maybe"situation because if he stayed the roster was going to have to be changed and it's hard to say if CJ would'/could've developed into the fridge perennial All-Star player he was... But maybe he strengthens his all around game especially his D & he turns into a better offensive Wes Matthews with the defense
I remember reading Thomas Robinson's story man... He took care of his sister after the family of the Morris brothers took him in, he was like the third brother. Im still rooting for this guy and hope he makes it
Rockets fan here... Dame is so underrated! He gets put behind guys like Anthony Davis when we talk about the best players but he wins more than a lot of players in this league. He has lead his team to the playoffs every year since his second year meanwhile guys like AD and Demarcus Cousin can barely sneak in once. Also I think it’s unfair to say his career is similar to Keven Garnett’s because Garnett was playing on some bad teams lillards teams have all won 50 games just cause he hasn’t won a title yet doesn’t mean he’s wasting his career.
Damian Lillard is one my favorite players of all time if your wondering what my top my five is go 5.Russell Westbrook 4. Mike Bibby 3.Allen Iverson 2. Kobe Bryant 1.Damian Lillard ( of course) but anyways I became a fan of him when he made the game winning shot against the Rockets. Ever since then I became a trailblazers fan. Whether he stay or leave or doesn't win a championship I will always be a trailblazers fan/and roots for lillard.
I'm a blazers fan and I loved T Rob when we had him, he lacked a few things that he could have been coached up on but outside of that I loved the way he played

"hes young he can take it" thats what the company my dad worked for said after a scrap of metal fell on his head, couple years later that stroke got him hella workers comp
Thomas Robinson has nothing to hang his head over. Sounds like he has his head on right, has good work ethic and is honoring the memories of the people he lost. I forgot all about him and now I’m rooting for him as well. Also, Lillard is my favorite player who isn’t on the Miami Heat. Have seen a lot of those late night west coast games where he just balls out. He has the heart of a champion and may go down as the modern Dominique Wilkins, transcendent talent that never made an NBA finals.
i keep seeing comments about 59 players drafted after anthony bennet but it would be easier to do Where are the 5 players drafted after anthony bennet and why
I think a cool series you could do is “why were 0 players drafted before ____” You could talk about why some guys went number 1 overall and others weren’t considered top prospects. A great one to start would be “why were 0 players drafted before Anthony Bennett”
MKG actually started to take strides in the 15-16 season before getting injured for the season. He averaged around 14, 7, 3 and had a 3pt% of 40 or so.
so basically hornets-obvious choise ad bobcats-had kemba but couldve drafted beal wizards-already had wall cleveland-had kyrie kings-well..... they’re the kings
Honestly, I wanted to see a dimension where Robinson was very good starter for any team. His story was something special going into the league. I really, really, really wanted him to succeed in the NBA. Maybe hes still got time, but the window is closing
So literally as I posted this video, Thomas Robinson is now trying to get the Celtics final roster spot
Shit happens fast man
Dom2k bruh id love if u do a video on the ideal process of a rebuild. We all know the goal of a rebuild, but what would be the ideal and best process.
