You can inform somebody they should probably lose weight, but just be cautious of the way you go around it.

      What to say then ?
      - You have some pounds that are not yours? Give them back to universe
      - You have a little more gravity than you should?
      - You should bring out the real you from underneath the positive plus sized body?

@@mel_DeLux like what? Everything is offensive because it always “targets” the weight.

@@juggadaaku4219 Yeah that is a point to make, well I think it depends on how well the person can take criticism

We shouldn’t do that anymore, we should inform people to exercise or choose healthier options than to look at someone’s size and just say “you should lose weight” that is not advice

Problem is these days telling someone being to heavy is bad for their health is considered fat shaming.
There's a big difference between that and making fun of someone for being too heavy, facts are you'll have a much higher chance of a shorter lifespan if you carry too much weight.

I do agree but being told on social media that you should lose weight is actual so destructive to mental health. My family fat shamed me which actually helped me and made me lose weight, it did affect my mental health however being fat in general ruined my mental health knowing it’s not a society standard. But it a bunch of strangers told me I should lose weight that wouldn’t help me

But the way Steve Miller says it isn’t fat shaming, and he only targets morbidly obese people not overweight people, if Steve miller criticised my weight BUT helped me improve my diet I would be so thankful
