I cannot believe it's been 10 years since you put that orchestral arrangement out. I often forget that your early music was pretty much all orchestral, which you have deviated from since then quite a bit. This style you've developed is all your own and it's captivating. I can see how the orchestral vocabulary still informs some of what you do even though this stuff isn't really orchestral at all. I asked you once before if you felt like "re-remixes" were on the table, and you said that you were mixed but open to remixing some songs you did a long time ago. I think this one makes more sense as a song to "re-remix" than any other. I'm so glad that you're still kicking, my playlists wouldn't be the same without you!

Holy moly this is really good. I started making a tier list of all your songs and remixes and I remember thinking a lot of your older remixes sounded really good to the point of being on par with present day remixes sometimes, but this remix really shows how much better you've gotten considering its a remix that you've already done. There are so many aspects of this that really stuck out to me and caught me by surprise and i think the violin-y part was the one that stood out the most, it really just shows how taking the song in a slightly different direction led to such an amazing result while still being similar to your first remix of it. Great job on this, im excited for what's to come!

I am way too happy that you did this... the first version of this was the first remix I heard by you, and probably one of the first remix i heard ever, i think i heard it some years after it came out, and i was like: damn this song is fking epic, and i forgot about it. Then years later after re-discovering your channel i realised it was you, you were the one to make me like music. when writing this i took 30min just smashing random leters like "drtftgyhfauzig" then deleating it because i couldn't express how happy i was

and forgot to mansion that pokemon is one of the main games of my childhood to a point were both my old username and my actual username are based on pokemon games, that half my music playlist are qumu remix, and that literally 2 days ago i was listening again to your og red theme remix and i was fucking flabbergasted when i noticed the main theme melody at the end. and so much more, way too much more
I love it! Hearing more of what I originally subscribed for is so nice ^^ I was feeling kinda down when you made all these lofi tracks, but this is good old classic qumu. Hoping for something like the *early early* stuff as well, like the anteater. I am way too happy that you did this... the first version of this was the first remix I heard by you, and probably one of the first remix i heard ever, i think i heard it some years after it came out, and i was like: damn this song is fking epic, and i forgot about it. Then years later after re-discovering your channel i realised it was you, you were the one to make me like music.
when writing this i took 30min just smashing random leters like "drtftgyhfauzig" then deleating it because i couldn't express how happy i was

and forgot to mansion that pokemon is one of the main games of my childhood to a point were both my old username and my actual username are based on pokemon games, that half my music playlist are qumu remix, and that literally 2 days ago i was listening again to your og red theme remix and i was fucking flabbergasted when i noticed the main theme melody at the end. and so much more, way too much more
I love it! Hearing more of what I originally subscribed for is so nice ^^ I was feeling kinda down when you made all these lofi tracks, but this is good old classic qumu. Hoping for something like the *early early* stuff as well, like the anteater. I can tell that you've gotten better though, it's just the difference between genres that are really important for me :) keep it up, you're doing great
