What cleared my acne up so much is the la roche posay effaclar duo cream, as well as some hyaluronic acid from the inkey list. I swear those were what did it! I also switched to an oil free moisturizer because I noticed my skin didn’t do well with oil products! I had a lot of acne for a long time so it was kind of a miracle for it to clear up

I also have a 2-month old baby boy Lex 😍 I’d like to share some tips to help Cohen can have quality day naps 🥰 During the first month, Lex also didnt nap well, we had to hold him to sleep, put him down, and ofc he woke every 40’ . he cannot change sleep cycles himself because he woke up on the bassinet not in our arms. so at week 5, I started to follow EASY routine and 4S method. Basically, EASY routine (you can google it) is like a daily routine that babies at different ages can follow. 4S method will help baby sleep independently and help them fall back to sleep after 40’ (in yr case 35’) - THE POINT IS WE PUT BABIES DOWN FOR SLEEP WHEN THEY ARE DROWSY BUT AWAKE. an ideal nap time is 2hrs. I know it sounds ridiculously hard but believe me I’ve been thru same situation like yrs and now Lex can nap for 2 hrs every session:) the first S: Sleeping environment- IT HAS TO BE BLACKOUT completely dark that you cannot read a book. so baby can fall back to sleep when he wakes and will not be distracted by bright room. 2nd S: swaddle! I notice you use Kyte baby. Lex is using WEIGHTED DREAMLAND BABY. I strongly recommend you change to this one. it’s heavy just enough to make baby feel secure. also, it can wrap their arms tight prevent waking up from reflex. super easy to wear and it is a gamer changer. 3rd S: sitting still. after you do those 2 steps, you hold cohen up on yr shoulder and JUST SIT. dont rock or swing. Then I usually pap my baby’s back a lil bit. THEN I PUT HIM DOWN AND GO OUT OF THE ROOM AND CLOSE THE DOOR. I watch him on monitor. he cries gently and kinda like ‘unhappy’ face but he falls asleep in 5’ !!!!!!! when he wakes, he cries, I wait for 10’ before coming in. but most of the time he can fall back to sleep and sleep for entire 2 hrs. I dont have to come in for support. the last S is sucking / pacifier. I only use this as last therapy if he is very very fussy. Google has all of these info. I don’t condone screen time all the time but my son started hating car rides so I wrapped one of those bendy arm fans around the back of the seat and I put my phone in the arms and put on hey bear when he was inconsolable while I was driving because I couldn’t bare to hear him scream 😢
