Awesome video, if you still have ATV, can you send me a close picture of the grey and the black connectors. I bought a broken Kawasaki and doesn't have those terminals. Thanks in advance.
Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry but that was a customers machine that came in. It's long gone back to the original owner. I wish I could help you more
Hi , I have done what you suggested but the light still keeps flashing ,any other things to look at ? The belt switch is in the off position , it has continuity on a tester , I have swapped connections exactly as you have but the light still flashes , ....
If you went through the process and nothing changed you might have computer issues. It's hard to say. I wish I could be of more help but I'm unable to point you in any other direction.
It didn't work for me either. Then I figured it out, I did the same thing your doing but you have to also unplug the control box under your seat for it to reset.
Mines bogging out quarter to full throttle I’ve tried resetting belt I’ve got belt box apart put switch to on position cleaned everything and it’s still bogging down quarter to full throttle
Looking at one that has no belt light on and the actuator cycles when the key is turned off but the 2 to 4 wheel selector switch is stuck. Is that the simple fix to get it to switch back to ? It's essentially stuck in 4 wheel drive right now.
When my truck was stuck I would shut it off switch the selector into the gear I wanted then start the truck(4x2,4x4h,4x4l) this got me though until I was able to fix my issue. Hope that helps
@GarageVlogBob the switch is stuck so I can't even get it back to 2 wheel drive. The switch on the handle bar that selects 2 or 4 wheel drive is what I was mentioning. It's like it's seized or frozen in place. It's a $30 switch but feared maybe there was more issues behind the scenes with 4 wheel drive in general. I can hear the actuator cycle fully so maybe it's just a new switch.

Sounds like your main jet it plugged
yea mines kinda doing the same. it won’t rev up past 2nd gear. it gets to a certain RPM and just revs at that level.

Sorry I thought you where talking about another video. I'm of no help
Hi What does the actuator do ?
Shifts the clutch out at low speed
Before attending to any work on this vehicle, please beware the warning instructions on the wheel arch.
OK
I lost spark after this
Spark has nothing to do with a reset
