Municipal workers confronted refuse removal workers from a private company at the Beltana solid waste drop-off depot. The workers from the private company were hired as the municipal workers are currently on strike because they have not received salary increases. Shots can be heard in the audio of the video, a bystander says it was rubber bullets shot by law enforcement.
