    There putting manufactured homes in the ground.

    Having spent so much time on manufactured homes, I wish you would have touched on property taxes for manufactured homes. The best explanation I’ve been given is that if the manufactured home is attached to a permanent foundation then it is considered to be real property and property taxes apply to the home, but if it is not on a permanent foundation then it’s considered to be personal property and only sales tax at the time of the purchase would have applied, if applicable. If this close to being correct or no?
