For anyone who doubts this. I'm 49 and never was a runner. I would walk 4-6 miles being mediocre. I walked this in 89 minutes. Set my goal for 4 miles in 40 minutes. Day 10 today and I just smoked my best time of 49:11 on 4 miles to 44 flat on 4. Everyday its not as tough. I'm smoked out tired feeling the best impact on my mental situation. Set your goal higher then you know you can do and get it. Why other say just do it. I Just Did it.
Stay focused. Stay alive.

goggins really been helping me push through my training barrier rn been a bodybuilding fanatic but enlisted in the military so been trying to run more and his speeches really been helping me discipline my mental to push
I have a tough time being alone now. I went most of my life alone but that sets me up to not be as ambitious. I recently just opened my own gym business. I found the strength through not letting the people in my life down. My business partner, mentor, family, and my ex gf. When you grow up poor you tend to not want too much to be content. I'm okay having a roof over my head and food in my stomach. What motivates me is proving the people that believed in me right that their belief wasn't in vain and proving the people that didn't believe in me such as my parents wrong. If were to have done all this for myself I don't think i would have been able to. I had to find something bigger than myself.

I love being alone. Im a party boy but i now know its the wrong life for me now. Im trying to change but finding it hard. All i want to do now is run and gym but every one in my life dont get it.i just want them to umderstand if i dont change now i never will change. Every part of that party life is slowly killing me.i just want to live with out the drink and drugs that come with the life. And if that means being alone that is what i will do.for me there is no other way
no need to explain to others. nothing beyond "i want to do something different" anyways. the visible results will effectively answer their questions of "why?'

I have 3 children, a son in law, a daughter in law and a couple of grand children that mean the world to me.
If I have a couple of genuine good friends to hang out with, that would take out the boredom I sometimes feel.
