Hey y'all! I have a super exciting video for you today. So, we all know that Michelin-starred restaurants are known for their incredible, innovative, and mind-blowing recipes. I really only understand this process from watching Ratatouille as a kid haha. But what if I told you that I had AI create a recipe that is worthy of a Michelin star?
So, the AI decided for me to make a PB&J recipe! I'll take you through the entire process, from gathering the ingredients to executing the recipe flawlessly. (Or as flawlessly as an amateur college student chef can make something.)
Now, I know what you're thinking. How can a simple PB&J sandwich be Michelin-worthy? Well, my friends, this recipe is quite complex and I can almost guarantee you've NEVER seen a PB&J sandwich quite like this! lol

No, a sieve is one of the long triangular looking ones. She has a strainer. A colander is a bigger heftier piece of metal w larger holes

Well Kiddo, that thing you had is a strained, a colander is, basically a hard metal or plastic bowl with drain holes in the bottom and partly up the sides, a good one also has feet on the bottom so you don't have to hold it up off the bottom of the sink (I like one with the holes small enough to drain then steam rice).
The pistachio brittle actually looked how it’s supposed to! It looked really good
it's a Tuile ... nothing like brittle in USA - they're supposed to be thin like this.
What you’re using is a strainer. They have small holes. A colander has bigger openings.
2:05 you're holding a sieve - a Colander has large holes and is used for washing fruit or straining veg after boiling.
A sieve is also used for flour and such to remove any lumps.

the thing you got is actually still a strainer. A colander looks like a metal bowl with little legs with holes in it, they come in various shapes and sizes but It can sit in the sink while you pour things like pasta or boiled items to strain liquid out. Google the difference and it'll make more sense!

That is a strainer/sifter... a colander is bigger and different, used to strain larger items.
Actual peanut brittle would be a great thing to make, with all the nuts you like.

It's a strainer or a sieve, or sift depending on where you live (fine mesh) and a colander is the one that has larger holes
If blue coloured mix bowls had holes in it & it was metal or plastic then that would be a colander. A sieve has usually a metal or plastic where you hold & has much more smaller holes in it.
