What is Hachee?
Hachee is a dutch stew. The stew is made with beef and onions. Usually this dutch beef stew recipe is served with mashed potatoes or braised red cabbage. I will be serving it with mashed potatoes.
Since the winter is approaching it will be a perfect time to learn how to make hachee. Hachee is a perfect winter comfort food. Dutch beef stew was one of the dishes I grew up with.
