hey brother how would you hang drywall on 9' or 10' walls; full sheet at the top and bottom and a butt strip in the middle or full sheets and a strip at top or bottom going flat to flat? thanks aloha
For 9ft walls I order 54" × 12' sheets to eliminate the belly band and just have one joint. For 10' I do two 4' then a 2ft rip on the bottom to be able to use all the drywall as we hang minimizing waste.

We do 2’ in the middle so to reach the tape easier tan if it was at the top

No I think the new owners ended up renting the down stairs and live upstairs. A common thing here in Hawaii due to the price of living.
